We are looking for a talented Mid-Level .NET Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a passionate software engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and contributing to modern, cloud-ready architectures. You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and modern front-end technologies. Build scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions, following best practices in software engineering and architecture.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems. Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to create and maintain content-driven digital experiences. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and scalability. Leverage GitHub Actions and workflows to automate development, testing, and deployment processes.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET (.NET Framework / .NET Core). Hands-on experience with Optimizely, Umbraco, or similar DXP/CMS platforms. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of REST API design and development.

Proven experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React and Next.js. Strong technical leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide development teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed architectures, and microservices.

Engineering mindset with the ability to analyse performance, manage dependencies, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive effective problem-solving. Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the Lisbon office.

Nice to Have
