Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
More than 7 years of experience with C#, .NET and associated technologies (Entity Framework, Web APIs, REST);
Experience with Azure (AKS, ServiceBus, EventHub, App Services, CI/CD, Application Insights);
Experience with Git, SonarQube and Agile;
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
Solid skills of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL;
Previous experience managing teams (mandatory);
Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

Monitor team deliveries and manage the associated risks, taking preventive measures to avoid them;
Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones;
Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders;
Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers;
Manage the request backlog and prioritize features, in collaboration with the Product Manager, based on user feedback, expected impact/benefit, and the team’s delivery capacity;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc.).
