The Role: Mid-Level Java Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus)
Work Model:
2 days a week onsite - Lisbon
Languages:
English (B2 - C1), French (is a plus)
Eligibility:
Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
- Degree in Software Engineering or similar field
- Good experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using OOP concepts and design patterns
- Strong understanding of the Java ecosystem
- Experience with Web Services and software modelling (UML)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud environments
You´ll be working with:
- Strong experience with Java and Spring in cloud-based environments
- Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience with BPMN technologies
- Familiarity with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Docker, Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, JUnit, CI/CD, Kubernetes
- Exposure to MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch
- Working knowledge of Python and/or Kotlin
