Ergomed seeks a Manager of Data Intelligence in Lisbon to collect, validate, and analyze clinical trial and operational data. The role supports feasibility assessments, develops dashboards and reports, and collaborates across functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and maintain data from internal and external sources to support operational activities
Analyze clinical trial, site, investigator, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
Support feasibility assessments by providing data analyses related to site performance and recruitment trends
Perform data quality reviews and resolve inconsistencies; identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, or related field
Strong experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, or data analytics
Experience analyzing complex data from multiple sources and developing reports and dashboards
Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
Experience working in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment
Knowledge of clinical development processes and clinical trial conduct
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in global settings
