A2F Consulting is an international consulting firm founded in 2007 that provides advisory services in economic analysis, program evaluation, organizational consulting, financial risk analytics, and software development. We have a global presence, with offices in the greater Washington, D.C. area (USA), Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Montreal (Canada), and Lisbon (Portugal) through our partner company, Aeconos Lda. To support our continued growth, we are looking for Management Consultants with at least two years of relevant experience who are interested in developing their careers in a dynamic international consulting environment.
This is a hybrid position and requires regular presence at our Lisbon office.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Provide advisory services to public and private sector clients on strategy design, benchmarking, process optimization, financial analysis, market assessments, etc.
·
Contribute and/or lead to due diligence reviews and institutional diagnostics and make recommendations for improvement
·
Write project reports and prepare documentation to present findings to clients
·
Proactively support business development including writing technical proposals
·
Support and participate in and/or lead projects on and off-site
·
Ability and willingness to travel internationally (about 10% of time) is required
QUALIFICATIONS
·
A graduate degree, such as a Master's or PhD degree in Finance or Economics from an accredited university
·
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or similar environment
·
Statistical modeling and/or financial modeling skills would be a plus
·
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
·
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
·
Outstanding client management and interpersonal skills
·
Excellent oral and written communication in English
·
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
·
Fluency in a second language would be a plus
Compensation
Compensation will be based on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
