Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management

• Develop the account strategy and execution plan, covering product portfolio, product lifecycle, sell-in and sell-out forecasts, promoters, visibility, stock, launch timelines, and other key business indicators, in alignment with the department and company strategy.
• Lead negotiations with customers at both central and distribution levels, covering contract terms, after-sales services, pricing, offers and promotions, incentives, visibility and exposure, activations, training, and co-marketing plans.
• Manage the account P&L, ensuring business objectives, revenue targets, and profitability are achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across different organizational levels and functional areas, including portfolio strategy, sales, logistics, marketing, and other relevant functions.
• Drive the strategic management and development of the sales channel.

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate locally with key internal stakeholders, particularly Management, Regional Sales, Marketing, and Retail, to execute account strategies and joint business plans effectively.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in the overall account strategy.

3. Business Analysis, Reporting & Budget Management

• Analyze and report sales performance and key business results to the direct manager and relevant internal departments, including market trends and competitors' activities and strategies.
• Identify business opportunities and potential risks, and proactively address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage the assigned budget efficiently, maximizing business impact while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the telecommunications, consumer electronics, or technology industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
