Junior Project Engineer (M/F/D)

Procuramos um Junior Project Engineer para integrar a nossa equipa de Operações , com especial enfoque no acompanhamento de um novo projeto.

Principais Responsabilidades

Acompanhamento diário do projeto em obra e monitorização dos respetivos cronogramas;
Preparação de atas de reunião e acompanhamento das ações acordadas;
Identificação e acompanhamento de desvios relacionados com as instalações civis, mecânicas e elétricas, bem como com os equipamentos;
Articulação com fornecedores, parceiros de engenharia e equipas internas, nomeadamente Manutenção, Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho e Qualidade;
Acompanhamento da evolução dos trabalhos, identificando riscos, constrangimentos e temas que exijam tomada de decisão;
Reporte regular sobre a evolução e o progresso do projeto.

Perfil do Candidato

Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Eletrotécnica, Industrial ou área similar;
Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional, preferencialmente em contexto industrial ou em funções relacionadas com gestão e acompanhamento de projetos;
Boas competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com capacidade para interagir eficazmente com diferentes interlocutores;
Forte sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e espírito de equipa;
Interesse por ambientes industriais e pelo acompanhamento de projetos.

Junior Project Engineer (M/F/D)

With over a century of experience in cereal processing and the development of fast-moving consumer goods, Cerealis is the Portuguese market leader in pasta and industrial flours, while also holding a strong position in the breakfast cereals, cereal bars, biscuits and culinary flours segments.

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our Operations team , with a particular focus on supporting and monitoring a new project.

Key Responsibilities

Daily on-site monitoring of the project and follow-up of the respective schedules;
Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up of agreed actions;
Identification and monitoring of deviations related to civil, mechanical and electrical installations, as well as equipment;
Coordination with suppliers, engineering partners and internal teams, namely Maintenance, Occupational Health and Safety, and Quality;
Monitoring the progress of the works, identifying risks, constraints and matters requiring decision-making;
Regular reporting on the development and progress of the project.

Candidate Profile

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment or in roles related to project management and monitoring;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders;
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and teamwork;
Interest in industrial environments and project monitoring.
