What we are looking for:

Degree in Information Technologies or Management — combining technical knowledge with a strategic business mindset;
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience — preferably in IT, recruitment, sales, or business development;
Ability to identify and match candidates to project needs, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and available talent;
Entrepreneurialmindset with leadership in the DNA — able to create direction, identify opportunities, and open new paths;
Strong communication and negotiation skills — capable of converting leads into clients and building solid, long-term partnerships;
Genuine passionfor commercial activities and for developing new markets and strategic accounts;
Results-driven,ambitious, and resilient — focused on consistently exceeding targets;
Fluency in English — essential for global interactions, meetings with national and international stakeholders, and high-level presentations;
French or Spanish — a strong plus.
