Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its Sustainability team in the ESG & Sustainability Department with the integration of a Junior Engineer in our Lisbon office.
Key tasks/activities:
- Building certification in sustainability.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architect;
- Experience in construction site supervision;
- Willingness to work in the field of Building Sustainability;
- Solid knowledgeof Microsoft Excel and Auto CAD;
- Good Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
- Planning and organisational skills;
- Orientation towards deadlines;
- Rigour and excellencein task execution;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team spirit andease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
- Driving licence.
