Archer is a recruitment consultancy with Irish roots , expanded to Malta in 2013 and now proudly growing our brand-new Porto office . We’re looking for an ambitious professional who wants a real career leap. No recruitment experience needed - we provide full training and certify you as a Recruitment Consultant. What matters is your drive. You’ll work directly with our Malta teams, helping scale high-performing recruitment divisions from our Porto office.

Disclaimer: Base salary is above market (early 20s), and commissions are earned on every successful placement - the earning potential is strong but hard work is required.
