JUNIOR CLIENT DATABASE OFFICER What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Client Database Officer to support the management and maintenance of client account database platforms within a banking environment. This role is essential to ensuring data quality, operational excellence, and the accurate execution of account lifecycle processes. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with different stakeholders and contributing to a high-quality service for clients and partners.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Manage the opening, modification, and closing of cash, securities, and local client accounts across different markets.
Support sensitive account setups, including foreign exchange configurations and fee-related processes.
Communicate with clients and service partners to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
Maintain and update operational support files used in daily activities.
Perform controls and validations with a high degree of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail.

Your Main Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of database management tools.
Fluent English language skills.
