Requirements:
We are currently looking for a Senior Java Back End to join a challenging project, taking ownership of software components and contributing to the development of scalable, high-performing and reliable backend solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.
Required Competencies:
Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
Strong experience in backend software development, including designing, coding and enhancing software components
Experience taking ownership of software components and ensuring their quality and performance
Ability to analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions that improve system efficiency and reliability
Experience contributing to architectural discussions and helping define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software features
Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and development best practices
Ability to take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to effective team performance
Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
English – minimum C1
Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon
