We are looking for an IT Tech Lead – .NET / Cloud

MAIN TASKS

Act as the technical lead for complex .NET projects, ensuring delivery, quality, scalability and technical excellence.
Lead the technical execution of a squad or cross-functional development team.
Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentoring developers and helping resolve technical challenges and blockers.
Design and implement robust, scalable and cost-efficient end-to-end cloud solutions.
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and delivery timelines.
Contribute to architecture decisions, critical feature design and technical documentation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards across the team.
Identify and document technical debt and improvement opportunities.
Support the early resolution of technical and client issues, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
Promote best practices across software development, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding and technical development within the team.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET development.
Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Tech Lead or technical mentor within a development team.
Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
Solid experience with microservices architecture and software design patterns.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, configuration management and deployment practices .
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
Experience with frontend technologies such as https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0 or Angular is a strong plus.
Knowledge of API security and data privacy best practices.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring and supporting software engineers and contributing to high-performing development teams.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
Availability to work 3 days per week from Porto .
