Estamos à procura de um IT Support Analyst para integrar um projeto em Lisboa, em modelo híbrido.

Perfil:

Experiência superior a 4 anos em suporte a utilizadores, Service Desk ou Workplace Infrastructure em contexto empresarial
Conhecimentos avançados de Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 e conhecimentos de macOS (configuração e troubleshooting)
Bons conhecimentos de SCCM e experiência prática com soluções MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Bons conhecimentos de PowerShell ou ferramentas similares para automação, configuração e gestão de sistemas
Conhecimentos sólidos de hardware, ferramentas de diagnóstico e protocolos TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e VPN, bem como suporte a salas Cisco e Microsoft Teams Rooms
Conhecimentos de ITIL (Incident, Problem e Change Management) e experiência em ambientes orientados por SLA
Inglês fluente, mínimo B2 (obrigatório)

Tarefas:

Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes L1/L2 de hardware, software, sistemas operativos e redes, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLA e analisando causas-raiz e incidentes recorrentes
Gerir o ciclo de vida de hardware/software e endpoints Windows/macOS, incluindo provisionamento, inventário, periféricos e desativação segura, de acordo com as políticas corporativas e requisitos de proteção de dados
Prestar suporte técnico a salas de reunião Cisco e Microsoft Teams Rooms
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automatizar tarefas de suporte através de PowerShell ou outras ferramentas de scripting, otimizando tempos de resposta e experiência do utilizador
Orientar e apoiar elementos mais juniores da equipa, promovendo a documentação e troubleshooting estruturado
Colaborar com as equipas de Infrastructure, Security e SysAdmin na investigação de incidentes, implementações e upgrades de infraestrutura
