In such situations, the candidates hereby consent the transfer of this data, and Haitong Bank will take the appropriate measures to ensure that personal data are protected in those countries. Personal data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process and may be retained for a longer period in the event of the Applicant being successfully hired, as well as for the fulfilment of legal obligations. If the Applicant is not hired, and if he/she gives their express consent, data can be kept for two years so that we can inform them about future recruitment opportunities.
