Procuramos alguém para assumir um papel central na gestão da nossa plataforma Microsoft 365, na infraestrutura de rede que liga os nossos múltiplos escritórios e locais de operação em Portugal e Espanha, na administração de servidores on-premises e cloud, e na proteção da nossa infraestrutura contra ameaças de segurança.
O QUE VAIS FAZER
Administrar o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
Implementar políticas de segurança — MFA, Conditional Access, DLP
Gerir projetos de networking — VPNs, firewalls, switches, access points (ecossistema Ubiquiti)
Administrar servidores Windows Server on-premises — AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services, gestão de patches
Gerir a infraestrutura AWS — instâncias EC2, IAM, VPCs, S3, CloudWatch, backups e escalamento
Monitorizar e responder a incidentes de segurança — SIEM, alertas, análise de logs
Implementar controlos de cibersegurança — endpoint protection, gestão de vulnerabilidades, hardening de sistemas
Validar tecnicamente projetos de infraestrutura antes da execução no terreno
Participar na implementação de controlos de segurança (NIS2/ISO 27001)
O QUE PROCURAMOS
Experiência sólida (3-5 anos) em administração de Microsoft 365 — é o requisito principal
Experiência em design e gestão de redes (VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, wireless)
Experiência em administração de servidores Windows Server (AD DS, GPOs, patch management)
Conhecimentos em AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch)
Conhecimentos práticos de cibersegurança — endpoint protection, gestão de vulnerabilidades, resposta a incidentes
Perfil metódico, consistente e que documenta o que faz
Autonomia para gerir projetos de infra do início ao fim
Boa comunicação — vais lidar com equipas técnicas e não-técnicas
VALORIZAMOS
Conhecimentos em Azure (VMs, networking, backups)
Experiência com SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, Wazuh, ou equivalentes)
Experiência com ISO 27001 / NIS2
Certificações Microsoft (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) e/ou AWS (SAA-C03)
Certificações de segurança (CompTIA Security+, CEH, ou equivalentes)
Experiência em empresas com múltiplos sites
