HVAC Engineer
for
Sines .
Responsibilities: The HVAC Engineer is responsible for the HVAC discipline of the construction: including the management of the companies of design, construction, supervision or other: Participates in the pre-budget preparation, project bidding and other HVAC processes Manages the construction phase of HVAC related systems, focusing on construction quality, progress and cost control, solves specific professional and technical problems arising during construction Organizes preliminary inspection of unit projects and individual projects, organizes completion acceptance, reviews completion data, handles completion procedures and completion settlement Maintains and repairs of construction facilities and renovation works
Requirements: Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical Engineering (or Mechanical and Industrial Engineering), Civil Engineering (especially the building services/building systems track), Electrical Engineering (Energy specialization) Minimum
of
6 years
of experience on a same related position; Experience in industry construction; Site & Commissioning Experience:
Previous experience supporting HVAC installation, site supervision, testing, commissioning and start-up activities, including coordination with contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams in industrial projects; Industrial HVAC Applications:
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems for industrial environments, particularly
clean rooms, electrical/technical rooms, production areas, ventilation and exhaust systems , with a strong understanding of the specific temperature, humidity, air quality and pressurization requirements of such facilities; Proficiency in English (intermediate level); Willingness to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment.
