You will lead Health, Safety, and Environment strategy across Hextal's Iberian operations, covering Spain and Portugal. With responsibility for 4,200 field personnel and 34 active construction sites, you will set the safety culture, drive incident reduction programmes, and ensure compliance with national regulations and Hextal's group-wide HSE framework. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Iberia.

28 days annual leave plus public holidays. Additional days accrue with tenure.
EUR 5,000 annual budget for courses, conferences, and professional certifications.
Full relocation support for cross-border moves, including visa assistance and housing allowance.
Paid sabbatical of up to three months available after ten years of continuous service.
