WE ARE HIRING - HR Operations & Process Specialist
Odemira | Full-time | Permanent
At Vitacress Portugal, we want HR operations to be simple, reliable and designed around the needs of our people and our business.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional to own our day-to-day HR operations while continuously challenging how we work. Someone who gets the detail right, delivers a great service to employees and managers, and naturally asks: could we do this better — or should we be doing something different altogether?
You will run the processes, understand them end-to-end, strengthen and improve them, and help us build the HR operations we will need for the future.
