Em parceria com empresa referência no sector das energias, estamos a recrutar para a função de HR Administrativo/a - Payroll
Assegurar o ciclo completo do processamento de salários, incluindo validação de variáveis, subsídios e alterações contratuais.
Elaborar mapas financeiros, relatórios e análises de custos com pessoal (com recurso avançado a MS Excel).
Assegurar a gestão administrativa de admissões, rescisões e cessações contratuais.
Reportar e gerir o cumprimento das obrigações legais junto da Segurança Social e da Autoridade Tributária (AT).
Garantir o preenchimento do Relatório Único (RU) e o controlo dos créditos de formação contínua dos colaboradores.
Gerir o plano de benefícios da empresa (Seguros de Saúde/Vida e Fundo de Pensões).
Coordenar e controlar a frota automóvel da empresa.
Articular os processos e exames de Medicina e Segurança no Trabalho.
Fazer a gestão e atualização do Portal de RH interno.
Esclarecer dúvidas dos colaboradores relativamente a recibos de vencimento, férias e processos administrativos.
Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Contabilidade, Direito do Trabalho ou área similar.
Experiência Profissional: Experiência mínima comprovada em funções administrativas de RH e processamento salarial.
Domínio avançado de MS Excel (relevante para elaboração de mapas e análises de payroll).
Conhecimentos de software ERP Navision (Dynamics 365 / Business Central) serão considerados um forte valor acrescentado (plus).
Domínio da legislação laboral portuguesa e obrigações fiscais/legais de RH.
Elevada capacidade de organização, rigor técnico e atenção ao detalhe.
Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
Elevado sentido de confidencialidade e ética profissional.
