GTM Academy is a 9-month, full-time professional internship program, starting in September 2026 and this is your opportunity to join a company that master’s the entire lifecycle of a drug, from R&D to Production and Commercialization with a presence in more than 100 countries.

What will you do?

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives ;
Participate in the identification and assessment of occupational risks ;
Support safety assessments and workplace inspections ;
Follow up on improvement actions related to safety, environmental and working conditions;
Support the management and analysis of waste and environmental aspects ;
Participate in the preparation of HSE documentation and procedures;
Support awareness and training initiatives for employees;
Assist with the analysis of HSE indicators and reporting;
Work closely with different departments and gain exposure to the reality of the pharmaceutical industry .

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences , or a related field;
Has a genuine interest in Health, Safety and Environmental topics ;
Has strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills;
Is proactive, responsible and eager to learn;
Has good communication and teamwork skills;
Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office , particularly Excel;
Has good command of English.
