We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a German Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant heart of Sofia. This is a unique opportunity to join an industry-leading team, where your language expertise will serve as the bridge to providing world-class assistance to a diverse European client base.
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Maintain excellence in the Customer Support Services sector by resolving complex inquiries with speed and precision.
Document customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and service improvements.
Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and optimize support workflows for German-speaking markets.
Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, consistently striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product developments and service policies to provide accurate information to all clients.
Foster professional relationships with partners, contributing to the reputation of excellence synonymous with jobs in Bulgaria.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in this jurisdiction).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally developed within the Customer Support Services industry.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is considered an advantage for this German-speaking job.
