.NET Fullstack Developer | Freelance | Hybrid Lisbon

We are looking for a .NET fullstack developer to join a global technology firm delivering content driven platforms for enterprise clients. Stack: C# with .NET Framework and .NET Core on the back end, React and https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso on the front end.

The challenge

Design, build and ship full stack applications on a microservices based architecture, with REST APIs as the integration backbone and a DXP/CMS layer (Optimizely, Umbraco or equivalent) powering the content experience. You will own technical decisions, not just tickets: architecture, performance and delivery quality are part of the role from day one.

️ Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy full stack applications with .NET Framework / .NET Core, React and https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso
Build and maintain REST APIs, ensuring clean integration between front end and back end
Deliver content driven solutions on Optimizely CMS or an equivalent DXP/CMS platform
Design scalable system architectures and microservices based solutions with cross functional teams
Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability
Streamline delivery with GitHub workflows and actions
Guide technical implementation, drive architectural decisions and mentor more junior developers

✅ Requirements

3+ years as a C# .NET developer (.NET Framework and .NET Core)
Hands on experience with React and https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso (mandatory)
Hands on experience with a DXP/CMS platform: Optimizely, Umbraco or equivalent
Solid REST API knowledge and proven experience designing scalable architectures and microservices
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization
Familiarity with DevOps tooling, specifically GitHub workflows and actions
Technical leadership: proven ability to guide teams, make architectural decisions and communicate clearly
Engineering mindset: comfortable discussing performance, dependency management, problem solving and investigation
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable
English B2 or higher, spoken and written

Nice to have

Azure or another major cloud platform
