Role: Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal
Required skills:
6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience with Jira and Confluence
Solid experience with Angular 2+ and Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Maven and JBoss/Tomcat
Experience with unit testing using JUnit, Mockito or equivalent testing frameworks
Experience using AI coding assistants and applying software design patterns
Knowledge of continuous integration principles and related tools
Experience working with relational databases, particularly Oracle, and knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
Active participation in code reviews and a continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; French is a plus
Autonomy, strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and innovative approach
Ability to promote best practices and mentor less experienced team members
