The squad is responsible for developing and evolving the Cardif Agent Platform (CAP), an internal AI platform that enables countries to deploy secure RAG-based chatbot solutions and AI services at scale across more than 30 countries.

Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, DevOps, MLOps and Security teams to develop, onboard and support AI-powered solutions running in secure cloud environments.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Python applications and services.
Develop and improve frontend components using React.
Build and maintain data pipelines and data preparation processes.
Support onboarding of new AI use cases and countries.
Create environments and technical support for AI platform adoption.
Contribute to API integration and API Management.
Monitor existing AI bots and support incident resolution.
Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data Science and Security teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application stability.
Contribute to security improvements, vulnerability remediation and continuous platform evolution.
