Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media, focusing on health-related accounts

Address issues such as account setup, verification, financial matters, and technical challenges in the health industry

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and insights for better healthcare management

Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction

Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent, open communication

Uphold high service standards and follow company policies to maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Fluent in French (C2 level)

EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management
