Flutter Developers - Mobile ou Fullstack (M/F/D) em Portugal, Portugal

Your new role: 
• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance, scalability and user experience • Build reusable, maintainable and modular application architectures following Flutter best practices 
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver new features and improvements in an Agile environment 
• Work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to deployment and maintenance 
• Develop and integrate backend services when required, particularly within .NET / C# environments (for Fullstack profiles) 
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics, monitoring and customer engagement platforms 
• Ensure application quality through automated testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization initiatives 
• Monitor and improve application reliability using tools such as Sentry, Mixpanel and other observability platforms 
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes 
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality and increase productivity while maintaining full ownership of technical decisions and implementation

What You Need to Succeed:
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) 
• Solid experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart 
• Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, layouts, state management and performance optimization techniques 
• Availability and interest to work across mobile, web and, when required, backend development 
• Experience in Agile product or SaaS environments 
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability throughout the software development lifecycle 
• Daily use of AI coding tools, while demonstrating strong technical fundamentals and independent problem-solving capabilities 
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications in the App Store and Google Play Store 
• Experience integrating analytics and monitoring tools such as Mixpanel and Sentry 
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies, including end-to-end testing frameworks such as Patrol 
• Experience integrating payment solutions in mobile applications

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with backend development using .NET / C# 
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks such as React or Angular 
• Experience designing modular and scalable Flutter architectures 
• Experience developing cross-platform web applications with Flutter 
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments 
• Experience in fast-growing product or SaaS companies 
• Strong focus on performance, maintainability and user experience
