  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial closing processes
  • Perform actual vs. budget/forecast analyses, identifying deviations and understanding their main drivers
  • Support cost controlling, including cost-center monitoring and analysis
  • Assist with internal charging, allocations and billing-related controlling activities
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, analyses, KPIs and management information
  • Analyze financial data and help identify risks, opportunities and potential improvement
  • Support the team in increasing financial transparency and data quality
  • Work with Controllers and business stakeholders to collect, validate and analyze financial information
  • Contribute to the preparation of business cases, costing and financial evaluations
  • Support the continuous improvement, standardization and automation of controlling processes and reports

We are looking for someone with…
  • University degree, or currently completing a degree, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a comparable field
  • Good understanding of financial controlling, preferably including budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling and reporting
  • Excellent analytical capabilities combined with a high level of quality, rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and priority-management skills, with the ability to coordinate input from different stakeholders
  • Very good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across countries, functions and levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented and execution-focused mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and accountability
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI or other financial/reporting tools is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • We are looking for someone who does not simply report numbers, but is curious to understand what is behind them, challenges results when needed and takes ownership of finding the right answers.
