Principais Responsabilidades:

Preparar e analisar demonstrações financeiras, relatórios de gestão e dashboards de desempenho para monitorizar os resultados do negócio e apoiar a tomada de decisão;
Liderar o desenvolvimento e implementação dos processos de orçamentação e previsão financeira, assegurando o alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos e as necessidades dos projetos;
Monitorizar o cumprimento de cláusulas financeiras e obrigações estabelecidas em contratos de financiamento e outros acordos;
Gerir o planeamento de tesouraria, garantindo liquidez adequada para a operação e execução de projetos;
Implementar e manter controlos internos que mitiguem riscos financeiros e assegurem a fiabilidade dos reportes financeiros;
Avaliar a viabilidade financeira de projetos de energias renováveis e apoiar o processo de tomada de decisão de investimento;
Identificar e liderar iniciativas de otimização de custos e melhoria de eficiência financeira;
Assegurar a articulação com stakeholders externos (auditores, bancos, consultores legais, entre outros), garantindo transparência e conformidade nos processos financeiros;
Impulsionar o desenvolvimento e melhoria dos sistemas e processos financeiros, promovendo a automatização, escalabilidade e estruturação da função financeira;
Ter um papel ativo na estruturação do departamento de controlo financeiro, contribuindo com boas práticas, templates e fluxos de trabalho adaptados a uma empresa em crescimento;
Fornecer análises e insights financeiros que suportem o crescimento do negócio, a estratégia de investimento e o planeamento financeiro de longo prazo.

Perfil:

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Finanças, Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia ou área relacionada;
2 a 4 anos de experiência relevante em auditoria, controlo de gestão, planeamento financeiro ou funções semelhantes (idealmente em setores como energia, infraestrutura ou projetos de capital intensivo);
Bons conhecimentos de reporte financeiro, planeamento e controlo interno;
Domínio de Excel e experiência sólida com SAP (ou sistemas ERP semelhantes), nomeadamente para reporting, controlo de custos e planeamento:
Perfil estruturado e orientado para processos, com capacidade para criar, documentar e melhorar workflows;
Forte capacidade de organização — aptidão para gerir múltiplas prioridades em simultâneo com rigor e clareza documental;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação, saber explicar temas financeiros de forma clara, quer por escrito, quer oralmente;
À vontade para colaborar com equipas internas e stakeholders externos (bancos, auditores, jurídicos, etc.);
Proativo, hands-on e com espírito empreendedor, com vontade de assumir responsabilidade e ajudar a moldar um departamento ainda em crescimento;
Curioso e adaptável, com vontade de melhorar sistemas, trazer clareza e contribuir para uma empresa em rápida evolução;
Fluência em Inglês (outras línguas são valorizadas, nomeadamente o espanhol).
