We are looking for a Finance/Data Anlayst

We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst / BI Analyst to join our team in Porto, combining strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of Finance. The role has an approximately 50/50 split between Data & BI and Finance , with a strong focus on Power BI, data modelling, reporting, reconciliation and internal stakeholder support:

Main Tasks

Aggregate and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability.
Build data models and Power BI dashboards from scratch , translating business and financial needs into clear and actionable reporting solutions.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards , using Power Query and DAX to transform data and create relevant KPIs and metrics.
Support financial closing and reconciliation activities , analysing discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders , understanding their needs and providing data-driven insights and reporting solutions.

Requirements

3–4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance Analytics, Controlling or a related field.
Strong experience with Power BI , including DAX and Power Query , with the ability to develop dashboards and data models independently.
Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset;
some exposure to Python is valued.
Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, Data Analytics , or a related field combining Finance and Technology.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills , with a proactive and business-oriented approach.
Hybrid model in Porto Office

This role offers a gross annual salary between 22.500€ to 37.000€ , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
