Finance Business Systems Analyst em Lisboa, Portugal

• Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets, including incidents, service requests, and change requests
• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and follow-up of tickets
• Communicate ticket status and ETAs to stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows
• Explore copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA to automate repetitive Finance and ERP tasks
• Collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams
• Champion AI and intelligent automation adoption within Finance and ERP operations
• Pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements
• Track and report BAU and enhancement activities
• Support backlog grooming and prioritisation
• Prepare regular stakeholder status updates
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, system changes, and automation solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
• Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate, applied in a business or Finance context
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance considerations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
