Monitor BAU support activities related to ERP and Finance systems
Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets, including incidents, service requests, and change requests
Ensure proper documentation, classification, and follow-up of tickets
Communicate ticket status and ETAs to stakeholders
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in ERP and Finance workflows
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Support process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows
Explore copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA to automate repetitive Finance and ERP tasks
Collaborate with Integration, Data, and IT teams
Champion AI and intelligent automation adoption within Finance and ERP operations
Pilot and scale AI-driven process improvements
Track and report BAU and enhancement activities
Support backlog grooming and prioritisation
Prepare regular stakeholder status updates
Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, system changes, and automation solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
Experience managing JIRA tickets and working in structured BAU environments
Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate, applied in a business or Finance context
Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance considerations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
