Your New Mission

You will join a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for building and optimizing the software that powers advanced computer vision systems running on embedded hardware. Working with real-time video streams and AI-driven detections, you will contribute to the design, performance, and reliability of critical processing pipelines used in demanding production environments.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and develop high-performance C++ and Python applications for embedded environments

Build and enhance real-time video processing pipelines operating within strict memory, compute, and latency constraints

Profile, monitor, and optimize system performance, focusing on throughput, responsiveness, and resource utilization

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, contributing to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

Drive technical planning and delivery of multi-sprint initiatives, identifying risks and managing dependencies

Collaborate closely with AI, hardware, and product teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions

Investigate complex technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvements across the platform

What You Need to Succeed

Must Have

Experience developing production-grade software in agile environments

Strong software engineering background with C++ and/or Python

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Hands-on experience with GStreamer and video processing pipelines

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Strong problem-solving mindset with a systems-oriented approach

Professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream, Jetson, or JetPack

Knowledge of OpenCV, CUDA, and TensorRT

Experience with multi-object tracking solutions

Exposure to machine learning or computer vision projects

Experience with hardware-in-the-loop or on-device testing environments

Background in embedded or real-time systems
