About The Role As a Team Leader , you will be responsible for leading a team within a customer service environment. You will play an important role in supporting team performance and maintaining an effective and collaborative working environment. The position requires strong proficiency in Dutch and English and is based fully on‑site in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a customer service team
Provide guidance and support to team members
Help maintain an efficient and positive team environment
Support the team in achieving service and operational objectives
Ensure clear and effective communication within the team
