Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat;
Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers through their questions;
Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail;
Work with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
What You’ll Bring
Dutch at C2 level and advanced English, both mandatory;
Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills;
A helpful, customer-focused approach;
The ability to work well in a team;
Availability to work fully on-site in Lisbon.
Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is welcome, but not required.
Pay and Benefits
Base salary: €1,400 gross per month;
Language allowance: €150 per month;
Performance bonus: up to €100 per month;
Meal allowance: €7 per working day;
