Key Responsibilities
Provide top-quality assistance across multiple communication platforms
Support users with account creation, verification, login, and payment concerns
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively
Act as a dependable point of contact, especially for sports-focused clients
Communicate with empathy and clarity to strengthen customer relationships
Follow company policies and maintain service excellenceContribute ideas to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
0-1 year of experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
