We’re looking for an Electrical Engineering Document Controller to join our Electrical Engineering team in Lisbon.
This is a key coordination role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with technical documentation in an engineering environment.
You’ll be responsible for keeping electrical engineering documentation accurate, organised, up to date and fully traceable , supporting engineers and project teams throughout the design and documentation process.

What will you be doing?
You’ll work closely with the Electrical Engineering team to manage the flow and organisation of technical documentation across projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and organising electrical engineering project documentation
Controlling document revisions, versions and updates
Ensuring full document traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Maintaining accurate document registers, logs and tracking systems
Managing technical deliverables such as drawings, calculations, reports and design documentation
Uploading, distributing and maintaining documents within relevant document management platforms
️ Supporting the team with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other project documentation systems
Ensuring documents follow the required naming, numbering, formatting and filing standards
Ensuring that teams are working with the latest approved documentation
Tracking document submissions, reviews, comments and revisions
Coordinating document-related communication between engineers, designers and project stakeholders
Preparing document status reports and identifying outstanding or overdue deliverables
Maintaining accurate records of quality checks, technical reviews and project documentation
Supporting the Electrical Engineering team with the day-to-day administrative and coordination aspects of technical documentation
What are we looking for?
Your technical and professional background:
Previous experience in document control, technical documentation, engineering administration or a similar role (mandatory)
Strong understanding of document management, revision control and document traceability
Experience managing technical documentation such as drawings, calculations, specifications and reports
Experience working within an engineering, construction or technical project environment (preferably)
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly valued
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with engineering workflows and multidisciplinary project environments
Native Portuguese — mandatory
Strong English communication skills — C1 level
Ability to work 100% on-site in Lisbon
