We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer / Data Engineer – 100% Remote
We are supporting an international fast-growing retail company building a strong data-driven culture focused on impact, pragmatism, and continuous improvement.
The team is looking for someone able to transform business needs into concrete and efficient data solutions without overengineering.
Your role:
- Design and maintain robust data models
- Collaborate with product and business teams to simplify requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data platform
- Build reliable and scalable data pipelines
- Support a business-oriented and impact-driven data approach
Tech stack:
- SQL
- DBT (modelling, testing, best practices)
- Python
- PostgreSQL
- Airflow
- S3
- Power BI or equivalent is a plus
➕ Nice to have:
- DevOps / Data Architecture knowledge
- Experience in scale-up or retail environments
Environment:
- 100% remote
- Candidates must already be based in Portugal
