Data Analyst

Are you passionate about data, business transformation, and helping organizations unlock value through analytics? Then this position is for you.

As a Data Consultant , you will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify opportunities where data can drive innovation, efficiency, and better decision-making. You will bridge the gap between business and technology by translating strategic and operational needs into actionable data solutions and roadmaps.

Build side:

• Identify business use cases where data and analytics can create measurable value.

• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

• Design scalable data solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Define implementation roadmaps and support data transformation initiatives.

• Promote the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Contribute to data governance, data quality, and best-practice initiatives.

• Support innovation and continuous improvement projects leveraging analytics and automation.

Run side:

• Deliver data analyses and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using ETL tools, SQL, and Python.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.

• Monitor project progress and track deliverables using project management tools.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and delivered solutions.

• Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations for business and management audiences.

• Support users in understanding and leveraging data solutions effectively.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of delivered data products.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Consulting, Data Management, or a similar role.

You enjoy solving business challenges through data and are comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about transforming complex information into actionable insights.

• Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.

• ETL processes and data pipeline development.

• Requirements gathering and business analysis.

• Project tracking, reporting, and roadmap management.

Contract: Permanent contract

Remote work: Hybrid (50%)

Salary: From 43 K€ to 53 K€ (depending on experience) gross annual salary
