Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience provider to hire Customer Support Specialists for an international banking services project in Lisbon, Portugal .

✨ Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist , you will:
Assist customers with banking-related inquiries , account matters, and service requests
Deliver professional, customer-focused support via phone, email, and chat
Process banking operations while following strict compliance and security procedures
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and trust
Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
✅ Completed secondary education , university studies, or a Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience & Skills:
