Principais responsabilidades:
Gestão de Encomendas
-Receção e acompanhamento de pedidos de encomendas por telefone e e-mail, com registo e atualização em Shopify e contacto direto com fornecedores;
Monitorização dos envios dos fornecedores, controlando tempos de entrega, backorders e gestão de atrasos ou reclamações junto das transportadoras.
Pós-Venda
- Gestão de pedidos de pós-venda e garantias, desde a receção até ao processamento e registo junto de clientes e fornecedores;
Coordenação de devoluções e créditos, assegurando o correto processamento de peças devolvidas e emissão de créditos;
Resolução de situações de garantia, devoluções e reclamações, garantindo satisfação e manutenção da relação com o cliente.
Suporte ao Cliente e Informação
- Fornecer informação detalhada sobre produtos e a sua disponibilidade, orientando e aconselhando o cliente de forma proativa;
Potenciar vendas diretas através do contacto com clientes e identificação de oportunidades.
Colaborar na revisão e evolução dos processos de atendimento, garantindo alinhamento com os KPI de qualidade e satisfação
