Your mission will be…

Prepare and manage customer quotations based on defined product references, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and customer expectations;
Follow-up on quotations and support customers throughout the quotation process;
Clarify customers to ensure alignment with specifications, pricing conditions, and commercial agreements;
Manage orders from quotation validation through to logistics follow-up and delivery coordination;
Act as a key point of contact for customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders regarding commercial inquiries;
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional support;
Collaborate closely with sales teams, order management, logistics, and other business functions;
Support process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives;
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

We are looking for someone with…

Solid experience in sales environments, quotation management, customer service, or similar commercial environments;
Fluent French and a good command of English (spoken and written);
Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality service;
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured way of working;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure;
Proactive attitude, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Team spirit and the confidence to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions.
