Our Consumer Competitions business, “Show Me The Money” sits at the intersection of audience engagement, entertainment, marketing and commercial growth, creating exciting experiences that strengthen our relationship with listeners while driving business performance.

You will be joining a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same. While the local Consumer Competitions team is intentionally lean, you'll work closely with colleagues across Programming, Production, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Commercial and Content teams. You'll also have access to an international network of Consumer Competitions specialists across Bauer markets.

We're looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, customer acquisition expertise and a strong understanding of audience behaviour to help grow participation, engagement and long-term customer value.

Your Role

• Managing the end-to-end delivery and performance of consumer competitions.
• Creating and optimising customer acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns.
• Lead outbound marketing initiatives across SMS and other channels.
• Develop creative campaign concepts and content to drive customer acquisition and engagement across digital, SMS, social and web channels.
• Manage CRM, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous optimisation.
• Support the development of new promotional concepts and audience engagement strategies.

The Skills You Will Bring

Essential:

• Experience in B2C CRM, customer acquisition, customer engagement or retention marketing.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
• SMS marketing experience.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content and campaign ideas.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Nice to have:

• Gaming, betting, gambling or telecoms experience.
• Loyalty, subscription or player engagement experience.
• Competition and promotions experience.

Working pattern / location

This role is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 from home. This is a permanent position.
