Then come and join our global team as Consent and Preference Management Platform – Service/Product Owner (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Own and manage the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC).
Drive change management initiatives, including roll-outs to additional countries and applications, working closely with Business and Data Privacy stakeholders.
Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including test management, user acceptance testing, and go-live planning.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring alignment across global cross-functional teams.
Lead service management activities, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers supporting the platform.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, information security requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement of customer-facing marketing platforms.

Your qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience working with Consent and Preference Management solutions.
Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) or a comparable platform.
Solid experience delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies and structured project management approaches.
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and global cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Independent working style combined with a collaborative and customer-oriented mindset.

Your technical skills:

Strong understanding of Consent and Preference Management platforms and related business processes.
Knowledge of API concepts and tools such as Postman.
Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL governance principles.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
Good understanding of Data Privacy principles and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and software development concepts is an advantage.
Knowledge of marketing technology platforms, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), or related solutions is considered a plus.
