You'll report directly to our Senior Executive Manager Controlling for B2P.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You monitor and drive performance by tracking collection KPIs, identifying trends and risks, and providing timely, data-driven reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
You manage complex billing processes, including partner incentive calculations, bonus settlements, and special billing arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
You ensure data integrity across all receivables and billing workflows, investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures to enhance process quality
You build strategic relationships with internal teams and external business partners, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering collaborative, win-win solutions in challenging situations

Excel Proficiency You have strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, power pivots, and data manipulation for analysis and reporting
Problem-Solving You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, tenacity, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and diplomatically

Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages (namely German or French) are a strong plus
Systems & Tools You are familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous), and any previous experience in the car rental, mobility, travel, or tourism industry, basic SQL knowledge, or exposure to AI/automation tools is a strong plus
