Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager , based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction;
Manage (end-to-end) development project contracts within the Business Unit;
Drive business growth in this area by actively identifying opportunities for project implementation management;
Build and maintain trusted relationships with various stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.

Profile:

Degree in Architecture or Engineering (mandatory requirement);
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles;
Experience and training in project management;
Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships;
High level of proactivity and creativity;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience in business development (preferred);
Advanced level of English (mandatory).
