We are looking for a Client Data Controller

Main Tasks

Manage and validate account opening setup requests , ensuring all mandatory information is available before account setup.
Verify that appropriate derogations/exceptions are in place when mandatory information is missing but the account setup must proceed.
Perform account opening registration and updates in the client database.
Verify mandatory KYC information and status prior to account setup.
Validate the chain of power/authority of signatories .
Analyse relevant contractual clauses and ensure accurate contract recording in the client database.
Ensure all activities comply with department procedures, internal rules and quality standards .
Contribute to process implementation and required activity changes .
Perform all activities with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and risk awareness .

Main Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of client data administration and account opening processes .
Understanding of KYC requirements and client documentation validation .
Ability to verify mandatory information and signatory authority .
Ability to analyse contracts and contractual clauses .
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and rigor .
Good analytical and problem-solving skills .
Strong written and verbal communication skills .
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team .
Client-focused approach and sense of responsibility.
Ability to work in a risk-aware and highly controlled environment .
Expert level of English .

This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 38.500€ , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
