Case Processing Manager, Team Lead (PV Manager) em Lisboa, Portugal

Ergomed seeks a Case Processing Manager and Team Lead to oversee pharmacovigilance case processing operations in Lisbon. The role involves managing ICSR staff, developing team performance metrics, ensuring case quality, and supporting regulatory compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Line manage assigned ICSR staff and support project team activities
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs and optimize ICSR team procedures and training
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy; manage ICSR deviations
• Perform ICSR case processing and second-level quality control review
• Act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and Person Responsible for Local Screening as needed

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree or pharmacovigilance experience
• 5–6 years pharmacovigilance experience with minimum 3 years in a line manager role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Team delegation and people management capabilities
• Planning, time management, and technical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
