About RMC Asia A Bangkok-based organization that promotes cultural exchange programs across the hospitality and tourism sector. About the Role
We're looking for a Career Development and Public Relations Specialist to join our Sales, Marketing & Partnerships team. You'll guide prospective applicants through our programs, coordinate with partner institutions and agencies, and support our Global Partnerships Managers day-to-day. It's a role for someone organized, personable, and comfortable moving between sales conversations and partner coordination.
What You'll Do
Guide prospective applicants through program options, pricing, and the application process Conduct initial interviews and assess applicant eligibility Build and maintain relationships with partner schools, universities, and agencies Support outreach to new institutions and represent RMC Asia at info sessions and events Coordinate with the Marketing team on partner-facing materials and updates Keep accurate records of applicant and partner activity, and report on progress What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Education, International Relations, or related field Verifiable experience in recruitment, HR, or Cultural Exchange programs Prior experience working with students is a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal English Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace Nice to Have Experience in education or travel Additional language proficiency Cross-cultural sensitivity from prior international exposure
