Follow established sales processes and quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Fluency in Valencian.
Good level of English.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
Customer-focused, proactive, and resilient.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
